I was really disappointed with the air-conditioning in my room—nothing worked at all! It was stuffy and uncomfortable. Plus, the staff barely spoke English, which made things even more frustrating. Definitely not what you'd expect from a five-star place.

The breakfast was really good with a wide variety, and the convenience of being directly connected to the airport was fantastic. the pool felt a bit chilly, and the restaurant service was slow. I highly recommend this hotel.

I always come back to this place for a reason. The staff kindly returned my forgotten sim cards. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness centre, swimming pool. Can't wait to return for the New Year!
